This Privacy Policy explains how Karli Health, LLC (“Karli Health,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information through our website, www.karlihealth.com (the “Site”). It covers Site information only. Health information you share with us as a patient in the course of care is protected health information under HIPAA and is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, not this policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and any details you include when you book or request a consultation, fill out a form, subscribe to updates, or contact us. If you make a payment, it is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on the Site.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site we and our analytics providers may collect your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring links, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not submit sensitive health information through website forms, email, or text — use the secure channels we designate.
